reasons to love being alive
Someone really did request this, and feeling embarrassed to make and post it is actually a big reason why I’ve been updating so slowly,
BUT, personal feelings aside, here it is. :3

The Jens Strike Back: Meeting Jen! Introductions, and What Feminism Is.

Friends, is it too much to ask of you to visit my video and leave some positive feedback?

You may remember my post about this channel a week or so ago. The first video went up this afternoon, and so far, all it’s really received are dislikes and very negative, provocative comments (since deleted). There’s been no support at all, which actually has been difficult to swallow. :(

So do you think you guys could spread some support and positivity over there? I’m planning to spend most of the night making new graphics, and anything you do could help me feel so much better and help to heal my resolve. :]

Thank you so much in advance, for anything you find yourself able to do. <3

The good news is, my wrist seems to be slowly getting better.

The even better news is, this precious baby joined my home yesterday.

Her name is Lily, she’s about 8 months old, and I adopted her from a local pet shelter as an early birthday gift to myself.

I’ve never owned a cat before. So, honestly, I need to get accustomed to her just as much as she does to me. My experience lies more with taking care of dogs.

So I think you’ll understand if the slow updating continues for a little bit longer while I learn to care for her properly, and while she learns her new home. :3
